My mother also has brain damage. She gets social security and has a nurse come out and check on her throughout the week. Also, local charity programs help with someone going out and helping her with grocery shopping when I cannot be there.

Depends on what kind of brain damage he has.CP has United Cerebral Palsy.ALS,Parkinson’s etc. all have charitable groups for their specific need(research, therapy, support, etc.)
