Try Purple Heart.  

Another way to get rid (but it&#039;s not tax-deductible) is on free-cycle. Somebody will want it.  Here&#039;s the link of where the various ones in Pennsylvania are and the links to join.

You could also call a crisis pregnancy center and they might need the furniture for a new single parent and could make arrangements to pick it up.

I don&#039;t know if they&#039;re near you but Teen Challenge is in Philly as well.  To donate furniture call John at 215 438 7399.  I don&#039;t know if they pick up or not but it&#039;s worth a try.  If you&#039;ve never heard of Teen Challenge, it&#039;s a Christian organization that helps drug and alcohol addicted teens and young adults to stay on track, off the streets, and find life in Jesus instead of addictions.  They are not-for-profit so the donation would be tax deductible.
